When will my order ship out?
Orders are sent out once a week typically on Monday or Tuesday. If your placed your order late on a Sunday night, your order maybe shipped out with the following week's batch of orders.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?
Cancellations are accepted if the order has not been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any issues with your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I placed a pre-order, when will it be shipped?

Where is the customization for 'X' item in my email confirmation?
If you purchased an item that requires you to choose your designs by inputting text, it might not show up in your order's email confirmation. You can send us an email at email@example.com if you would like to double check your design selection.
Where do I find my order's tracking information?
Tracked orders are typically shipped with Chit Chats, you can find their page to track packages here.
When will 'X' item be restocked?
