Shipping Not Available to Your Country?

We currently offer shipping to limited destinations including Canada, USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan.

To ship to the UK/EU, please send us a message on Etsy !

If your country does not have shipping available for one (1) or more items, please contact us at hello@fishooe.com for alternative shipping options. Please make sure your country is currently able to accept international packages.

If you have not seen your package within 4-6 weeks of the dispatch date, please send us an email at hello@fishooe.com with your order confirmation number.

Untracked Shipping

By requesting untracked shipping you accept that there is no tracking/insurance for your package and that your order cannot be replaced without paying reshipment fees. 

Lost Packages
If your untracked package has not arrived after 4-6 weeks, you may request a reshipment. You will need to pay for a fully tracked package to ensure the arrival of the replacement.

UK/EU Orders

  • Due to VAT laws, orders from the UK and EU are not currently be accepted at fishooe.com.

Germany Orders

  • We don't currently ship to Germany, sorry!

Pre-Orders

The estimated ship out date for pre-orders is listed in the description of the pre-order listing. This date may be subject to change, you can keep up to date with the status of the pre-order fulfillment here.

Orders containing one (1) or more pre-order item(s) will not ship out until the pre-order item is available to be shipped. If you would like to receive your items separately, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to split the order. Please contact us at hello@fishooe.com to split your order or if you have any questions.



Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may exceed the delivery estimates provided.

Fishooe does not have control over your package's arrival after it has been handed off to the mail carrier. We recommend that you purchase tracking information for your package to ensure it's safe arrival.
