Refund policy
Refunds
Orders that have not been shipped may be eligible for a full refund (excludes pre-order items). If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us at hello@fishooe.com with your concerns so we can evaluate the issue.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only applicable to orders that have not yet been shipped out. To cancel your order, you can contact us at hello@fishooe.com with your order number. If the cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled item(s) and shipping cost where applicable. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges
All items purchased and shipped are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order or a(n) item(s) that you received, please contact us at hello@fishooe.com with your order number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can attach photos of your order to your email to help us assess the issue quicker.
Lost Packages
Due to COVID-19 packages may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. If you suspect that your package has been lost, please contact us at hello@fishooe.com. Please note that we do not have control over your package's arrival once it is dropped off with the mail carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
